How It Works
Refer a Business: Invite businesses in your network to join BookingTerminal. When they sign up, they should provide your name as the referrer. To ensure everything is tracked, your referral can mention your name when signing up for a demo, or you can email us directly with their details.

Complete Onboarding: The referred business completes BookingTerminal's onboarding process and integrates our platform into their operations.
Stay Active for 3 Months: Once the referred business has been active on BookingTerminal for 3 consecutive months, both of you will receive your respective rewards!
Program Rewards
For Referrers:
A base reward of $150, plus $1 for every Google Review the referred business has at the time of their onboarding completion.
For Referred Businesses:
A 20% rebate on BookingTerminal's collected booking fees, once applicable taxes are removed, paid every 3 months, for their first year on the platform. Rebates are calculated based on eligible bookings only, as defined below.
Eligible Booking Definition
For the purpose of calculating rebates:
- Only bookings with an availability start time that occurs within the referred business's first year on BookingTerminal are eligible.
- Rebates are calculated quarterly and include only bookings whose availability start time falls within that specific three-month period.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
- Both the referrer and the referred business must be active BookingTerminal users.
- The referred business must not have previously been a BookingTerminal customer.
- The referred business must list the referrer's name when requesting a demo or communicate this to us at the time of onboarding.
- The referred business must not be receiving any other promotion from BookingTerminal.
Bonus Criteria
- The referred business must complete BookingTerminal's onboarding process and actively use BookingTerminal through their website for 3 consecutive months.
- The referrer's bonus will be calculated after the referred business completes the 3-month period.
- The referred business will start receiving their rebate on booking fees after the third month of their activity on BookingTerminal. Then, it will continue every 3 months until their first year is complete.
Payout Timing
Referrers will receive their bonus within 30 days after the referred business completes three months on BookingTerminal. Bonuses will be issued via electronic transfer to the bank account linked to the referrer's BookingTerminal account.
For referred businesses, rebates will be calculated based on eligible booking fees collected by BookingTerminal during each three-month period, excluding applicable taxes and any amounts related to refunds or reversals. These rebates will be paid via electronic transfer to the linked bank account within 30 days of the period's end.
Rebate Adjustments and Retroactive Refunds
If booking fees that were previously included in rebate calculations are later refunded, reversed, or adjusted:
- Within the referred business's first year on the platform: refunded amounts will be netted out of future rebate calculations. If a rebate calculation results in a negative amount for any rebate period, BookingTerminal may offset that amount against future rebate periods or recover the applicable amount through lawful means.
- After the referred business's rebate eligibility period has ended: BookingTerminal reserves the right, but is not obligated, to recover the applicable amounts through lawful means.
BookingTerminal does not anticipate routinely exercising recovery rights and will evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis.
Referral Limitations
- BookingTerminal reserves the right to review all referrals and may decline any that do not meet program requirements.
- Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or fraudulent activity will disqualify participants from receiving bonuses.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals, but each referred business can only be referred once.
Modifications and Termination
BookingTerminal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any participants still earning their rewards will be allowed to earn the remaining amount available to them.
Program Agreement
By participating in this referral program, referrers and referred businesses acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. BookingTerminal reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the referral program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Taxes
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on bonuses or rebates earned through the referral program.
Communication
BookingTerminal may reach out to both referrers and referred businesses to confirm the referral and provide updates on the status of bonus eligibility.
