BookingTerminal Terms of Service for End Customers

By using our Service to complete a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

BookingTerminal provides facilitation and payment processing services to help you complete purchases with third-party providers through their website.

2. Booking and Payment

You can book services as a guest without creating an account. To complete a booking, you will need to provide personal and payment information during checkout. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, and refund/cancellation policies are determined by the provider.

  • Use the platform only for the purpose of completing bookings.

By completing a booking through our Service, you consent to receiving email communication from BookingTerminal related to your booking, including confirmation, reminders, and other booking-related updates.

BookingTerminal is not responsible for the services or experiences provided by the third-party provider. Any issues with the service you purchased should be addressed directly with the provider. Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking fee paid for using our Service in the last six months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Atlanta, Georgia.
